Description of problem:
Customer renewed their VDC-subscription. Now it shows that the usage of virt-who
is no longer needed.

Expected results:
"virt_who":true

Additional info:
Checking Offering Manager for the relevant SKU shows:
"Virt Limit: Unlimited"

Checking Customer portal it shows:
"Virt-Who: Required".

Which means the SKU is correct and looks to be a display problem.
