Foreman Katello for Rocky Linux 8

Description

On serverA, I've foreman installed, added ServerB to foreman. Whereas ServerB cannot get packages from the foreman server repos, when i did a test installation of one package, it is still fetching the package from Rocky8 repo. Your help in this would be appreciated.

I think this is a Katello issue since you describe content. Also, please don't set Fixed in version because that implies it's already fixed.
