Description
When trying to install Katello ontop of an existing Foreman, old migrations fail:
Invalid single-table inheritance type: ConfigManagementError is not a subclass of RemoveKatelloFromNotificationName::FakeMailNotification … /home/runner/work/katello/katello/katello/db/migrate/20160404132250_remove_katello_from_notification_name.rb:7:in `up'
