Bug #37099
openUse only upstream repositories in tests from https://fixtures.pulpproject.org/
Description
We still have tests that use https://jlsherrill.fedorapeople.org/fake-repos/needed-errata/
This repository is old and tied to a single person, so we should switch to using something more reliable like https://fixtures.pulpproject.org/, which the Pulp team uses for testing.
For places where we don't need to specifically test syncing from an upstream remote repo, we can also switch to using the repositories that live in that Katello repo on-disk.
