Description

Register a RHEL host to the Katello 4.11

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Hosts -> All Hosts -> <Host>
2. Click on Manage all statuses
3. RHEL lifecycle: Unknown

Actual results:
RHEL lifecycle: Unknown

Expected results:
RHEL lifecycle: full_support

Additional info:
Output should be either:

full_support
maintenance_support
approaching_end_of_maintenance
extended_support
approaching_end_of_support
support_ended
