https://github.com/Katello/katello/blob/master/app/models/katello/concerns/host_managed_extensions.rb#L547 and https://github.com/Katello/katello/blob/master/app/models/katello/concerns/host_managed_extensions.rb#L549 need to use keyword arguments for the function calls.
