Description

newt 0.9.7 as used by fdi today is not compatible with Ruby 3
newt 1.0.0 is (via https://github.com/theforeman/ruby-newt/commit/d8cacb2a3470538aeea93da7f8716109033bdb5f)

please update FDI to use newt 1.0+ so FDI can be built in Ruby 3 environments (EL9)
