It seems that the foreman repository miss some packages to be fully usable

Hi,

Currently with EL7 we have to use EPEL, with EL8+ we are no longer using EPEL.

Our Red Hat Satellite provides "Red Hat Satellite Client 6 for RHEL 7 Server RPMs x86_64" with all packages insides for EL7 so we don't rely on EPEL. Unfortunately it is only available for RHEL. I hoped we could have the counterpart with foreman.
