Steps to reproduce the issue:

Go to Hosts -> <some_host> -> Content -> Repository sets
Select "Limit to environment"
Using the "check all"-box, on the left side of the toolbar, select all entries
On the right side of the toolbar, select "Override to enabled/disabled" from the "Kebab-dropdown"

Expected outcome:

Every item listed under Limit to environment should now be Enabled/Disabled

Actual outcome:

Every item listed under Show all is now Enabled/Disabled
