Description

how to reproduce on Foreman 3.9 with Katello 4.11 on EL8:

1. go to monitor > reports > report templates
2. click "generate" for "Host - All Installed Packages"
3. generate report for host running Ubuntu 22.04 (probably any Debian/Ubuntu will do; EL8 works)

error message: "undefined method '#version' for ApplicationRecord::Jail (Katello::InstalledDeb)"
