Drop non-event based output processing

Description
Event-based processing went out first in 8.1.0 with Foreman 3.5. All successfully finished tasks (and jobs along with them) are cleaned after a month by default, failed ones stick around for a year. If I'm reading my calendar right, removing the old way should be safe to do without having to migrate any data.
