Unable to modify "manage column" in path "hosts -> all hosts" while using custom roles

Description of problem:
Unable to modify "manage column" in path "hosts -> all hosts" while using custom roles

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a custom role with filter "edit_hosts" and "view_hosts":
Satellite WebUI --> Administer --> Roles --> Create Filter --> assign "name", "location" and "organization" --> Submit
Satellite WebUI --> Administer --> Roles --> Select created role --> Filters --> New Filter --> Resource Type: Host --> Permission "edit_hosts" and "view_hosts" --> Submit

2. Assign role to user.
Satellite WebUI --> Administer --> Users --> Select User --> Roles --> Assign Created role --> Submit

3. Login as user and try to modify all hosts page:
Satellite WebUI --> Hosts --> All Hosts --> Manage Columns --> Modify any and Save

Actual results:
After click on save nothing happens.

Expected results:
It should modify "all hosts" page.
