Description

Bundler found conflicting requirements for the RubyGems version:
  In Gemfile:
    RubyGems (= 3.1.6)

    ffi (~> 1.17) was resolved to 1.17.0, which depends on
      RubyGems (>= 3.3.22) x86_64-linux

RubyGems (>= 3.3.22), which is required by gem 'ffi (~> 1.17)', is not available in the local ruby installation
