Description

With the recent change (https://github.com/Katello/katello/pull/11013), sha1 checksum users will see their repos set to 'default' checksum algorithm, but the pulp repo will still be sha1. We need to make it so that the UI/API/etc show sha1 when it's still actually sha1 in Pulp.
