The `reg_gpg_key_url` field ('Repository GPG key URL') is for a GPG key in plain text and the `reg_repo` ('Repository') field is a URL.

I think this should be 'Repository GPG key' and 'Repository URL'.

If it is too complicated to change the field names, it would be a good idea to update the labels.

If the GPG key field really is a URL, then the help text needs to be fixed.
