https://github.com/Katello/katello/blob/KATELLO-4.13/app/assets/javascripts/katello/containers/container.js relates to some old functionality that Katello once had where it could manage actual containers rather than just redistribute the contents. Here's an old PR for some context: https://github.com/Katello/katello/pull/6913

Even worse, it seems to relate to the archived foreman_docker plugin: ./db/migrate/20180823081502removeforemandockersupport.rb
