Description

On Katello's content proxies port 8443 used to provide a reverse proxy to Foreman. This has been deprecated in favor of port 443 for some time. It's now time to disable the port.

Users can still enable it again after upgrading, but are still urged to migrate away. This is a step in the direction of removal.
