Pagination component navigation within content view details pages does not function properly. When using the arrows to switch between pages, the page number will briefly increment/decrement but the content itself will be stuck alternating between page 1 and 2. When using the number directly, the correct page is displayed but the number will reset to "1".

This may occur on other pages which use this style of pagination; more research is needed. This bug may be related to #37587

1. In a CV, add more than 5 repositories and filters. Publish a content view version with more than 5 packages, repositories, errata, etc.
2. On the various details pages with pagination components for this content view, select the dropdown to limit results to "5 per page".
3. Use the arrows on the bottom of the window to flip between pages. The results will not update properly.
4. Use the input box to directly select a results page. The correct page of results will be displayed but the number in the input box will reset to "1" after hitting enter.
