Description

We should index the info from https://github.com/pulp/pulp_container/pull/1782 as soon as possible to avoid excess reindexing events for users. This data will enable the more informative container manifest UI rewrite.

We also need to check that Katello 4.16 is all set for users to rerun the reindexing job. This includes documentation. https://docs.theforeman.org/nightly/Upgrading_Project/index-katello.html#performing-post-upgrade-tasks_upgrading-connected
