Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Sync a LCE to the Smart proxy. This shows the package counts for cv correctly.

2. Now remove the LCE from Smart proxy.

3. Mark the orphan timeout as 1-2 mins

4. After that time, run the below command on satellite

SMART_PROXY_ID=X foreman-rake katello:delete_orphaned_content --trace
5. Now add the previous LCE to the Smart proxy and sync it.

6. Package count now shows up as N/A

7. Refresh count doesnt fix this issue. Only complete sync fixes the counts again.
