Smart Proxy Userdata API does not implement MAC-based endpoint
Description
The Userdata API of foreman was extended by another MAC-based endpoint:
/userdata/(:mac)/*
as part of this PR: https://github.com/theforeman/foreman/pull/9213
We should apply the new endpoint also to the Smart Proxy API.
