Duplicate entries in the "Lifecycle Environment" or "Content View" dropdown menu when creating a host

Description
When creating a host using a host group, duplicate entries appear in the dropdown menus for "Lifecycle Environment" and "Content View" if the "Content Source" selection is removed and then re-selected, even though the LCE (Library) actually exists only once in reality.
This happens because, if you select the "Host group" and later on change the host group again, the page and parts of it are re-loaded.
