Description

On VMware, the following API endpoint returns also the compute-resource-internal "VM-ID":

https://my.foreman.com/api/v2/compute_resources/<azure-compute-resource-id>/available_virtual_machines

However, on Azure the VM-ID is not returned, only the FQDN. The compute-resource-internal "VM-ID" is important when a user wants to associate the VM as new Foreman host via API.
