Bootc Card on Host Details UI has incorrect component id

Description of problem:

The `data-ouia-component-id` of the Bootc Host Details card is set improperly

How reproducible:

100%

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

No

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Inspect the page with the bootc card present

Actual behavior:
Instead of having a descriptive name, it displays "card-template-[object Object]"

Expected behavior:
This should be changed to be descriptive of the card, like all the others on the page.
