Description

On the new All Hosts page, on table row kebab menus 'Edit' is always highlighted as if your mouse cursor is on it, even if you're on a different item. (see attachment)

After some checks, we found out that this is by design: https://github.com/patternfly/patternfly-react/pull/10125

Its used to highlight the first item in the menu, and on keyboard error down/up it moves the focus
