Remove duplicate Katello Ansible-based job templates
Description
https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/37362 spawned https://github.com/Katello/katello/commit/0e25591bec9bb0b1abcf767e56abee20f5fd3ce2 which left duplicated job templates in the database. These entries can cause issues and should be cleaned. On versions of Katello with the old REX job form, it causes UI issues, for example.
