Description

When I try to deploy a Windows Server 2025 VM using the Provisioning Template (kind user_data) I get an error after the 1st reboot :

Looking more closely, the sysprep.xml file generated an incorrect parameter ‘EncryptedValue’

            <AdministratorPassword>

               <PlainText>true</PlainText>
            </AdministratorPassword>
         </UserAccounts>


I try different Root Password Hash "Base64", "Base64-Windows" without success.

Running Foreman 3.12.0
