Description

Today we support adding flatpak remote with a URL. There's an alternate way by adding a flatpakrepo file which is also the documented way in RHEL documentation. We should support setting up a remote by using a flatpakrepo file.

We can achieve this by having users upload a flatpakrepo file to katello's remote or even using the flatpakrepo url as the remote URL directly.
