Fix plurality of React UI elements on the new Host details -> Content page

Description

On (new) Host details -> Content -> Packages, the UI displays 'Install packages', even when one package is selected. Ideally, this button should dynamically change to display 'Install package' when one package is displayed.

On the Host details -> Content -> Errata page, the UI should say 'erratum' whenever one errata is selected.

These changes are intended as an easy fix to help Chyenne get accustomed to React development and our PR process.
