Description

This bug is to track 3 changes:
1. Handle permissions correctly on Flatpak UI, making sure user permissions drive what actions are available to the user.
2. Have a delete modal for confirmation before the user deletes a remote to follow similar patterns in other UIs.
3. Return task URL in task notifications for users to reach the task details easily.
