Description

Hello,
in a new Foreman with bootdisk plugin install it seems the default Boot disk templates are not created.

In the settings I can see all the expected template names.

Also, trying to change the bootdisk templates from settings doesn't do anything; the default template keeps being selected.

Thanks

You need to seed the template.
rake db:seed

Even when running a manual db:seed / db:migrate the templates are not added which is no surprise as the foreman-installer already handles this.

Looking into the database I see the migrations from the plugin being applied (or at least listed in schema_migrations), but not the templates being inserted. When I look into the migrations for the plugin I am not sure if these are really the ones importing it. The templates are provided by Foreman itself like all others and the import of those needed by the Discovery plugin works fine.

I can not say exactly since when the problems exists, but I am sure it worked at least with Foreman 3.13 and Katello 4.15 and it is not affecting an updated system as the templates are already imported.

Try to run a foreman seed with:

`rake seed:force`

See implementation details in https://github.com/theforeman/foreman/pull/10858/changes
