When unregistering a host katello clears the content view environments and kickstart repo ids. However for some customers the problem manifests when an unregistered host is put into build mode: additional_media variable for AppStream kickstart is blank, causing build to fail. They want the cves and ks repos retained.
While majority of the users want the current day default which clears these things.

Proposal
A configurable option, tentatively named retain_build_profile_upon_unregistration to allow users to choose whether provisioning information like CV/LCE/KS/media is retained or cleared upon host unregistration.
