Description

Clean duplicate erratum packages before bigint migration.

For users with corrupt DBs from the EL7 to EL8 postgres index bug, running the migration introduced in https://github.com/Katello/katello/pull/11419 might cause an error. We should add duplicate cleanup before running the migration itself.
