Description

Someone (me) created new fields on the hammer host info command with informal abbreviations ("CV Name", "LE Id", etc). These fields need to be deprecated and replaced with fields containing the full field name ("Content View Name", "Lifecycle Environment Id", etc). Hide the old fields from the default view.

hammer_cli_katello 1.16 (Katello 4.16) contains 5 such fields, 1.17 (4.17) adds one additional. This may complicate cherry picks.
