Description

https://github.com/Katello/smart_proxy_container_gateway/pull/63 proposes to allow users to configure DB max connections and the pool connection timeout. It also raises the default to 30 and 30s.

The installer should allow users to customize this setting, either via a proper installer option or custom hiera.
