I'm getting the error

"No Inventory data has been found - add some hosts and facts and try again"

I'm using the foreman build from 28/09/2010 - puppet 0.26 w/ stored configs

Upon running

#rake puppet:migrate:populate_hosts RAILS_ENV=production

I see no errors and the correct number of hosts imported

Checking mysql shows that the operatingsystem table is unpopulated
