This is more of a nice to have. It would be nice if we could remove expired personal access tokens under `/users/:id/edit#personal_access_tokens`.

One or more of of the following would be nice:

1. old token goes away automatically after certain period of time post expiry.
2. have a clear button so individual users can remove them at will.
3. have a rake task for admin to purge site-wide.
