Description

On upgrade from Katello 4.20 to 4.21, an job must run during or post upgrade to destroy all PythonPublication objects from the Pulp DB on the Foreman server. Optionally, this can be limited in scope to existing Python repository distribution publications.

Regenerate metadata for existing Python repos. This should remove these publications from the Katello DB as well. Orphan cleanup if needed.

Pre-existing Python repos should be syncable and consumable on a newly upgraded Foreman server and should have no publications after upgrade.
