Fix duplicate hosts in job_invocation scoped searches

Description

If a users goes to All Hosts, then searches hosts with `job_invocation.result = failed` (and have more than one job that failed for the same host) they will see duplicate entries of hosts.
This effects the hosts api, the all hosts table (legacy and new) and the host count in the job wizard (if they click select all and schedule job)
