Since only consumer of the component is webhooks plugin, it can be observed there:

1. Navigate to Administer > Webhook > Webhooks
2. Select a webhook / Create a new one
3. Open selector for actions, select one (click), clear the field, fill any other and try to select (click) it.

Actual behavior:
The suggested value can’t be selected.

Expected behavior:
The suggested value can be selected.
