Errata severity macro is not available in 'Host - Applied Errata' report
Description
When fetching the 'Host - Applied Errata' report from Foreman, it doesn't show severity of the erratas applied and doesn't have a column for this macro. The 'Host - Applied Errata' report should contain the severity column for the errata that had been applied to the content hosts.
