Description

Since snap 190, when https://github.com/Katello/katello/pull/11753 went live the Host edit page dropped Lifecycle Environment and Content view read-only selects, and did not introduce Content view environments read-only select.

For the sake of consistency (users were able to check CV/LCE assignment on the host edit page), the CVE-ENV assignment should be visible on the host edit page too.

Note: Be careful not to reintroduce SAT-42732(MultiCV will get reset after editing a host) while implementing the fix for this issue.

Caused by SAT-38100 (Remove separate content-view and lifecycle-environment parameters)
