foreman-debug should also include:

/var/log/foreman-installer
/var/log/foreman-proxy
/etc/foreman-proxy

It looks like /var/log/foreman-proxy is already there, but the rest is really missing.

Taking + fixing couple of other minor issues there (wording etc).
