Description

Steps to Reproduce
1. On a laptop with a trackpad, open FF and go to the Katello dashboard
2. Attempt to scroll one of the dashboard widgets using the trackpad
3. Notice it does not work

This may be a bug with [JScrollPane](http://jscrollpane.kelvinluck.com/).
