Description

Hello,

We are using Foreman on following version from Debian repos:
Version : 1.3.1-1

When a new host arrives on network and ask for provisioning, his first DHCP request is handled by DHCPd but the second one is not.
It doesn't occurs on every run but it's not related to any kind of hardware.
It occurs on 10 to 20% of provisioning.

This sounds like a general support issue with dhcpd, not anything Foreman can control or help with. I'd suggest opening a thread on the foreman-users mailing list in case anybody else has ideas about why this might be, else raise it with your dhcpd or OS vendor.
