Improve ways of passing auth source when creating a user

Description
'user create' now takes --auth-source-id that is always required.
It should:
- not be required, but rather default to the internal auth source
- allow specifying the source by its name via --auth-source
- Related to Feature #2924: Add commands for managing LDAP auth sources added
- Has duplicate Bug #11299: hammer cli should allow referencing auth source by name, not just id added
- Related to Feature #17923: User update/create only accept ifs for default organization and location added
- Category changed from Foreman commands (obsolete) to Users and roles
- Target version set to 115
- Related to Feature #18805: Creating external user-group does not have any option --auth-source as a input parameter. added
- Blocked by Bug #15286: Missing API for external auth sources added
