This is a faeture request linked to http://projects.theforeman.org/issues/4222 and http://projects.theforeman.org/issues/4592
The mentioned resources are becoming exposed on the API and should do the same in hammer so it is not needed to use Ovirt ids as hammer parameters when creating hosts.
