Repo discovery is poorly formatted

Description
Currently through various changes repo discovery is terribly formatted. The spinners no longer appear during creation and things are very poorly aligned.
- Difficulty set to easy
- Triaged changed from No to Yes
- Related to Bug #6943: Repo Discovery page, repo validations look ugly added
- Translation missing: en.field_release set to 14
