Default ordering for listing resources

Description
It would be nice for the listing or resources from CLI to use some ordering
by defaults, for example, listing products in random order degrades the usability
of the thing, comparing to ordering by the name
- Difficulty set to easy
- Triaged changed from No to Yes
- Status changed from New to Resolved
This should be dictated by the API response which for each resource has a default sort. If you are not seeing this in the lastest, please file individual issues for given resources to make it easier to tackle.
