As a Katello developer, I'd like to create higher level "role" and/or "profile" installer classes
Description
this will give us high level easy-install classes, e.g. full Katello head node
this will improve dependency relationships and reliability between modules

Today this is handled through different answer/bin file combinations and will in the future be handled through the scenario installer work.
